Once an item has been delivered and the activation/license key has been read, Easy Soft is unable to give refunds or exchanges because of the digital nature of active license code distribution. We do not accept returns on licenses.

If you have not yet received the activation or license key from our system, you have the option of asking for a refund. There will be no refunds given if the activation/license key is already yours.
